Design / Build is a "one stop shopping" approach for new construction and remodeling where the architectural designer and building contractor are under one roof. From initial conceptual drawings, product selections, budgets, permits, feasibility studies and working drawings to the actual construction and final walk-through, Design South Homes produces consistent quality results, on-time and within budget.
We are fully licensed and insured, and offer warranty coverage for all services. Design South Homes provides a one-year service warranty for new homes and renovation projects, and offers an independent third-party extended 2 Year Systems and 10 Year Structural Warranty through 2-10 Home Builder Warranty Program.
Your home is an important investment, so when you’re ready to build or remodel, hire a licensed Contractor that cares about you and your project. Our experienced staff is certified and has been with us for at least two years. We use the best materials available as part of our construction and remodeling in Orlando and the surrounding area.
