As the Owner of Design South Homes, Philip Crotwell has over twenty years of experience building in Central Florida. As an award-winning residential designer and builder, Philip brings a comprehensive perspective to the process of creating a new home or working with an existing home to provide each homeowner with a unique experience. From conception to completion, he seeks to add innovative and creative touches to your project. Philip holds several State of Florida licenses, and a number of industry related certifications.
Philip continually works to improve the services offered by Design South Homes through continuing education and participation in industry and community organizations. He recently completed the educational requirements and licensing for Florida as a Mold Assessor and Mold Remediator. Please see our link below for the Florida Department of Health's Mold Information web site. The new Florida law regarding mold assessment and remediation services becomes effective July 1, 2011.
